Suddenly have the feeling… the seat is shaking. Put my legs down still feels the shake. The shake is about 2 mins. Is quite serious this time 7.4-magnitude. We only at 2nd floor but we can feel it. Everyone goes out of the building for a while till it settle down. We came back up. If not mistaken this is the 3rd time I feel earthquake :P. Good experience. Luckily everyone is safe
