Chance upon yr blog on Hong Kong.
If you happen to go to HK again, can try the other Desset outlets like Hang Fa Lau, Sweet Dynasty (Food and Dessert), Moon House.
Should also visit places like Stanley market and street market - Fa Yuen St (Street market for fashion and sports wear), Li Yuen East and West St(Central), Temple St, Jardine Bazaar, Jardine Cresent.
For Wanton Noodle, shld try Mak's Noodle at Wellington St.
If you do beef, can try it at Kau Kee at Gough St (Sheung Wan). Lok Yuen also serve exploding beef balls which is very good.
